Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UJasiri Wave's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

UJasiri Wave provides the following specialized services:

• Web Development - Custom websites and landing pages
• Web Applications - Full-stack interactive applications
• SaaS MVP Development - Complete subscription-based platforms
• Vibe Coding Education - AI-powered development training

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement that will be executed between UJasiri Wave and the client. The terms of the specific service agreement will supersede these general terms where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. UJasiri Wave retains rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or methodologies used in the development process.

6. Confidentiality

UJasiri Wave agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

UJasiri Wave's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranty

UJasiri Wave provides a 30-day warranty on all deliverables for defects in workmanship. This warranty covers bug fixes and corrections but does not include new features or modifications beyond the original scope.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all work completed will be delivered to the client, and payment for completed work will be due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where UJasiri Wave operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
